To facilitate further expansion, we are now recruiting for a Production Manager for our Murfreesboro, TN, Birmingham, AL, and St. Louis, MO offices.
SUMMARY:
The Production Manager will be responsible for efficiently and effectively managing, designing, and delivering successful projects, including contract negotiation and business development initiatives, through an integrated delivery process and according to our office's standards.

| Duties: |
• Develop solutions that are imaginative, thorough, practical, and consistent with Wiser's objectives;
• Independently determine and develop approaches to solutions and interact extensively with government customers;
• Complete special assignments from specific instructions, with no instructions needed for routine work, and work being reviewed for sound technical judgment and overall adequacy;
• Contribute to the completion of specific project milestones;
• Perform collection planning, logistics development, and operate closely with collection managers to ensure collection opportunities are managed in an efficient manner;
• Apply intelligence/image analytic standards, principles, concepts and techniques under moderate supervision;
• Interact with internal company personnel on routine matters;
• Develop and maintain client confidence in our staff and operations by maintaining a high level of professionalism, transparency, accountability, and performance;
• Maintain excellent written and verbal communications with customers;
• Develop new and maintain existing client and industry partner relationships, and identify and pursue multiple viable new opportunities;
• Maintain excellent written and verbal communications with internal and external customers;
• Effectively lead, organize, assign, motivate, and evaluate employees;
• Anticipate and resolve staffing needs and personnel issues;

| Qualifications: |
• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in Geographic Information Systems, Planning, Geography, or a closely related field.
• Master's Degree in geosciences or a related field is desirable;
• At least 4-5 years of experience working in the Intelligence community;
• Must have 4-5 years of experience in a Geospatial capacity;
• Must have 4-5 years of experience in a management role;
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical and intelligence problems using a variety of analytic methods and strategic thinking skills;
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment;
• Must be willing to travel between all of the offices which includes our Murfreesboro, TN, Birmingham, AL, and St. Louis, MO offices;
• Excellent proposal development and presentation skills;
• Ability to translate a strategic plan into operating results;
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, little or no direction, and quick turnaround deliverables;
• Accurate planning, preparation, and anticipation skills;
• Team player mentality;
• Flexibility to work a project-dictated schedule and travel as necessary;
• Ability to work independently;
• Strong work ethic;
• Active Top Secret Clearance preferable, Secret clearance or ability to obtain a Secret clearance is required;
• Must be a U.S. citizen to be considered for this position;
